By placing an order with VibeLingerie, you agree to the following terms: We guarantee that your lingerie and related products will arrive in perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your order upon receipt, we offer a one-time replacement or store credit within 30 days of the shipment date. Simply contact us by email at [email protected] with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and our team will work with you to resolve the problem. Please note that the product must be properly cared for, and we cannot accept claims for items that have been mishandled. Our guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper care or items purchased outside of the recommended sizing guide.
Order Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, it is processed immediately. Due to our fast processing system, any cancellations or changes to the order must be made within 4 hours of placing it. After this time, once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellations and changes cannot be made. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.
Accidental Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order twice, please contact us immediately so we can assist with canceling the duplicate order. We will do our best to catch these errors on our end, but your prompt communication will help us resolve any issues quickly.
Shipping
We ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS, based on the size and weight of your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing before shipment. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and volume of the items in your order.
Damaged Shipments
At VibeLingerie, we take great care in packing your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please do not attempt to use or wear the product. Contact us immediately at [email protected], including clear photos of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate. Claims for damaged items must be submitted promptly for us to assist you.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure online payments. Your order will be processed only once payment has been successfully received. We use SSL encryption to ensure your personal information is securely handled during the checkout process.
Returns
We do not accept returns for lingerie products to ensure the hygiene and health of our products. However, our VibeLingerie Guarantee covers any issues with your order within 30 days of receipt. If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us via email at [email protected], including clear photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you. For other items such as accessories or non-lingerie items, we accept returns within 30 days, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and no restocking fee will be charged.
Is My Lingerie the Right Fit?
To check if your lingerie is the correct fit, we recommend referring to our sizing guide. If you’re unsure about the fit, contact us for assistance. Please remember that we cannot accept returns based on size mistakes, so it’s important to check the measurements carefully before making a purchase.
Incorrect Orders
If your order is mislabeled or an incorrect item is shipped to you, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the incorrect items, and we will process your replacement promptly.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders will be processed and shipped according to the specifications outlined in the signed agreement. Bulk orders are not eligible for promotions or discounts, and all sales are final. However, we guarantee the quality and condition of the items as described in the agreement.
Coupons and Discounts
Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Make sure to apply your coupon code during checkout for it to be valid.
